  • Cake Ordering - Signature/Celebration Cakes
    IMPORTANT: Cakes are currently available for pick up on SATURDAYS ONLY from our production kitchen in Nine Elms. We have limited slots available. Please check out our Instagram for the style of cakes we do to avoid disappointment. We will not deviate from our chosen styles. 1) Read our cakes page for our flavour options. If you are interested in our experimental/extended menu, please just mention so when you contact us. 2) Email or DM us on Instagram to enquire about your cake. When contacting us, please mention your desired pick up date, flavour choice (or request for extended menu), a brief description of how you would like the cake to look (with inspo pictures if possible), and any allergens or dietary requirements. Please also include your email if you DM us. 3) We will contact you to respond to your enquiry. Here we will confirm whether or not we can accept your request. If your request is accepted: We will reserve your requested date, email you with our price breakdown, talk you through the available extras and ask for a more detailed description of what you desire. From here we will be able to negotiate pricing and the details of the cake.* Once you are happy, we will send over an invoice and details on how to pay. To secure your order you MUST pay the deposit within 72 hours of us issuing the invoice, and the cake must be paid off in full by 1 week before your pick-up date. Instructions on how and where to pick-up your cake will be sent to you once your full balance is paid off. *We must politely urge that you are swift with your responses to our emails during the negotiation stage. If we do not get a response from you within 7 days of us contacting you, we will cancel your request. If your request in denied: Requests are denied for a number of reasons, and those will be laid out to you in our response. We will explain exactly why we had to deny your request, and where possible will offer alternative options to see if we can still accommodate you in some way. Date changes and refunds: Your deposit and any full payments made are fully refundable up to 1 week before your cake collection date. Any orders cancelled within 1 week of the pick up date will receive a partial refund. Date changes are subject to availability. If you need to change the date of your pick-up, please let us know ASAP so we can do our best to make it happen.
  • Cake Ordering - Bento Cakes
    IMPORTANT: Cakes are currently available for pick up on SATURDAYS ONLY from our production kitchen in Nine Elms. We have limited slots available. Please check out our Instagram for the style of cakes we do to avoid disappointment. We will not deviate from our chosen styles. 1) Ensure you have at least 1 week before your chosen pick-up date before sending a request. We require 1 weeks notice minimum for bento cake orders. 2) Choose your bento cake flavour combo, you can see our list of available flavours here. Scroll down to the bento cakes section. 3) DM or email us with your chosen pick-up date, flavours and design choice, specifying that you would like a bento cake (with inspo pictures if possible). 4) We will contact you to confirm or deny your request and initiate the stages for payment. 5) Payment must be completed in full at least 48 hours before your pick up date or your order will be cancelled. All bento cakes start at £40. Extra deco may be possible, please ask us when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This may incur extra fees. While we do not require bento cakes to be ordered the same way as celebration cakes regarding release dates, we do still have limited spots for bento cakes. This is why requests must be made with one weeks notice, also why we occasionally deny requests.
  • Processing/Delivery
    All orders are shipped every Thursday. Orders made before midday (12pm) on Wednesday will be shipped the next day. Check the Shipping Policy page for full details.
  • Pick Up Policy
    Pick up is available from our kitchen in Nine Elms (unless specified otherwise) on Saturdays ONLY. Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on Thursday will be able to pick up that Saturday. Orders made after that time will be available for pick up the following Saturday. Some items are available for pick up only. If you order one of these items and pay for delivery we will NOT refund you the price of delivery and your order will not be shipped to you. We will contact you to confirm if you would like to continue with pick up, if not we will refund you the price of your order minus the delivery charge. Details for pick ups (including location and time) will be emailed out on Thursday night to those picking up on that Saturday. Pick up times will vary but will be between the hours of 9am and 8pm and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you need your order for a specific time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you believe you should've received an email, contact us and we will get back to you ASAP. The best way is via Instagram DM.
  • Are your products suitable for Vegans?
    Vegan versions of our flavours/items will be listed separately from our regular items. Please make sure the item you are purchasing says "VEGAN"/"VE" in the title or a banner/label to ensure it is the right product. Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to make all our items vegan. We are constantly working on expanding our range for vegans though so follow our instagram to keep up to date with releases! We have an allergen matrix you can refer to, to check for use of specific items such as eggs or dairy.
  • Are your products halal?
    All of our products are halal unless we state otherwise. The only non-halal ingredient we use is alcohol, which we very rarely use for decorating cakes/flavouring items.
  • How long do your products last?
    Cookies and brownies are best within 7 days of receiving them, but last up to two weeks in their packaging. Store in a cool, dry space. Cakes are best eaten on the day of serving, but can be kept for up to 5 days in the fridge. Keep any exposed sponge covered with cling film or baking paper to prevent it from drying out.
  • Can your products be frozen?
    If wrapped tightly, our cookies and brownies can be kept in the freezer for up to 1 month. Defrost in the fridge overnight or at room temp for a few hours. Optionally, once defrosted, refresh in the oven at 180 for 5-10 mins, the air fryer @ 200 for 5 mins or in the microwave for up to 30 seconds.
  • Are your products suitable for coeliacs?
    No, sorry.
  • Are your products suitable for nut/allergy sufferers?
    Despite doing our best efforts to control cross contamination, we cannot guarantee our products would be safe for severe allergy sufferers.
  • Can you cater to my allergy?
    If not otherwise specified in our FAQ, we will certainly try our best to cater to any allergy requests. If you want to make sure before you place an order, feel free to send us a DM on Instagram or email us.
  • Where can I find allergen info?
    You can find our allergen tables here.
  • Do you use fair trade chocolate?
    Yes, we use Callebaut and Valhrona chocolate which is fair trade.
  • What happens if I have a problem with my order?
    If you have a problem with your order, please email us at sevensinsbakehouse@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. We will either issue a full or partial refund, or send out a replacement. Orders requesting a refund after product has been delivered will be decided on a case by case basis depending on the problem with the order.
